Customers pay a small monthly charge.
Monthly assurance rate ($ per service): Increasingly utilities can add a small charge to the water bill for service line assurance. This is often $1.00 per month.
Accounts (%):
If the charge is mandated then 100% of accounts (services) are enrolled in the assurance program. If the program is offered for sale, take-up of 25 to 40% of accounts is achievable.
